What types of vehicles can I store?

Smart Spot Storage is being designed primarily for:

• Other recreational vehicles that meet facility requirements

• Automobiles and Fleet Vehicles

Will the storage spaces be covered?

Smart Spot is being designed to provide both covered and uncovered Boat & RV storage,

What size spaces will be available?

​

We expect to offer a variety of space sizes to accommodate different boats, RVs and recreational vehicles. Sizes will range from 10’ x 25’ to 15’ x 50’. 

When you complete our No-Obligation Reservation Form, you can tell us what type of boat or RV you have and the approximate size of space you need.

How much will the spaces cost?

​

Pricing will depend on the size and type of space selected. We expect individual spaces to be priced from approximately $12,000 to $64,000, depending on size, location and other features, but final pricing has not yet been determined.

Final pricing will be provided before buyers are asked to make a purchase commitment.

Will financing be available?

​

We are exploring preferred financing options that may allow qualified buyers to finance the purchase of their storage space rather than paying the entire purchase price upfront.

If you are interested in financing, simply indicate that on the Reservation Form and we will provide information as financing programs become available.

Will there be monthly or annual fees after I purchase?

​

Owners should expect a minor association or maintenance fee to cover shared expenses associated with operating and maintaining the facility.

The amount will be established as the development and operating budget are finalized. Complete details will be provided to buyers before purchase.

Can I sell my storage space later?

​

Absolutely, Because Smart Spot is being developed around an ownership model, owners will have the ability to sell their individual storage space, subject to the final condominium/association documents, rules and applicable restrictions.

This is one of the major benefits between owning and renting — a rental payment creates no ownership interest, while a purchased space is an asset you own.

Can I rent my space to someone else?

​

Yes. You are buying a piece of Real Estate that you own and to do with what you want, subject to the limitations determined by the final condominium/association documents and facility rules.

Complete information regarding owner rental rights will be provided before purchase.

Will the facility be secure?

​

Security is an important part of the Smart Spot design. Planned facility features are expected to include controlled access, perimeter security, lighting and video surveillance.

Final security features will be announced as development progresses.

Will I have access to my boat or RV whenever I need it?

​

Convenient owner access is a key part of the Smart Spot concept. Final access hours and entry procedures will be established before opening and communicated to all owners.

How do I reserve a space?

​

Simply complete our No-Obligation Reservation Form.

Joining the list does not obligate you to purchase a space. It gives you priority consideration when spaces become available for selection.

Does joining the Priority Reservation List cost anything?

​

No. There is currently no cost and no obligation to join the Priority Reservation List.

​

What happens after I submit the Reservation Form?

​

We'll add you to our Priority Reservation List and use the information you provide to better understand the type and size of space you're interested in.

We'll also send you updates regarding:

• Construction progress

• Available space sizes

• Pricing

• Financing options

• Space selection

• Expected completion and opening

When will I be able to select my space?

​

Customers on the Priority Reservation List will be notified when the space-selection process begins.

Because some locations and space sizes may be more desirable than others, joining the list early can give you an advantage when selections become available.
